Twister is a TWAIN device analyzer - In it's current state, it simply detects all the capabilities that a device supports, and generates a report describing those capabilities. The report includes a 'compliance' section that describes any detected violations of the TWAIN standard. Even in this rudimentary state of development, Twister has found compliance issues with every TWAIN driver it has been run against, so we recommend it as a QA tool for TWAIN driver developers.
