Custom modifications to standard products, enhancements or improvements to meet special customer requirements, and expedited analysis and resolution of problems.

This work is charged at 100USD/hour, and can be purchased in increments of 2 hours (200USD). Hourly rates may be reduced, at our discretion, if the requested work has direct benefit to other customers.
