* Drawing functions like DIB_DrawToDC: Better rendering below 1:1
* Image scaling functions now accept any pixel type & depth.
* AutoDeskew(1) delegates deskew to scanner if scanner supports it.
* Fix: Some PDF files that used RunLengthDecode as image compression
were loaded upside-down.
* Fix: Correctly load grayscale TIFF with non-standard color table
* Fix: Correctly save 4-bit grayscale image to all file formats.
* Fix: Some image processing functions crashed with 4-bit grayscale images.
