Issue:
Organization license keys may be rejected by EZTwain Pro 3.00
and pre-release copies of 3.01. If your organization key is
rejected, download the latest developer
kit and re-install. If you continue to experience problems,
contact Dosadi support.
Issue:
"I am getting error code -5 returned from the TWAIN_DibWritePage
call. This only occurs with PDF files, it works fine with
TIF files. I end up with an empty PDF file."
Occurs
with EZTP 3.00 and beta 3.01. Fix: Download and install the
latest developer kit. Workaround:
Call TWAIN_SetMultipageFormat(MULTIPAGE_PDF) before creating
the file.
Issue:
"...when scanning through a Kodak i250 @ 200dpi using
AcquireToFilename, the resulting bitmap is distorted lines.
When I do it at 100dpi it is fine."
This
is reported with Kodak i250 TWAIN driver version 4.1.9. This
problem has been rectified with version 4.2.0 - contact Kodak
or visit www.kodak.com

Issue:
The ScanShell 800 and TravelScan 660 (essentially the same
device, manufactured by Syscan) can cause EZTwain Pro to hang
during image transfer.
This
is corrected in EZTwain Pro 3.00 and later. Please contact
Dosadi Support if this is an issue for you.
Issue:
"I get a run-time error in my (Delphi, C++ Builder) application
when I use TWAIN, but other applications work fine, even with
the same device!"
This
may be an interaction between the Borland run-time and certain
TWAIN drivers, see Borland Issue.
